Loomis Union School District

Developer Fees must be paid in person at the Loomis Union School District district office. Our hours of operation are Monday-Friday from 7:30 am-4:30 pm (excluding holidays).  Developer Fees must be paid by check and no appointment is necessary.

 Current Elementary School District Fees*:

• Commercial Construction: $0.50 per square foot
• Residential Construction:  $3.10 per square foot for living space
   

*Please review the paperwork from the entity issuing your building permit for Developer Fee information that may need to be paid to the Placer Union High School District.  The Placer Union High School District is located at 13000 New Airport Road in Auburn and can be reached at (530) 886-4413 for their current fee information.   

 Fees will be charged using the most current rate which has been approved by the Loomis Union School District Board of Trustees.
