The form below is used to submit flyer applications for review by the LUSD District Office. Please note that submitting this form is a request for approval only and does not confirm that your flyer has been approved.

Approval confirmation will be sent to you by District Office staff after your application has been reviewed.

Please note: Flyer postings are approved on a priority or first-come, first-served basis.
