Notice of Provisional Appointment or Order

 

To: Placer County Superintendent of Schools

From: Loomis Union School District

 

This is to notify you that as of 10/02/2025 a total of one vacancy(s) exist on our Governing Board.

 

Pursuant to applicable provisions of the Education Code, our Governing Board has made the following decision:

  1. X Has made a provisional appointment to fill the vacancy until the next regularly      

              scheduled election. 

 

We hereby appoint:  Coleman Jones

 

We acknowledge that voters of the District may file a petition with the County Superintendent of Schools within thirty (30) days of this action requesting that a special election be held to fill the vacancy by election instead of by appointment. (Education Code section 5091 (c)

 

Passed and Adopted by resolution or vote on an Action Item at a meeting of the Governing Board on October 2, 2025.
