NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

 

Notice is hereby given that the Loomis Union School District Board of Trustees will hold a public hearing, pursuant to Education Code section 47605(b), to consider the level of support for the Charter Renewal Petition of the Loomis Basin Charter School by teachers employed by the District, other employees of the District, and parents. The Loomis Basin Charter School Charter Petition Renewal was received by Loomis Union School District on January 23, 2026.

Public hearing materials are available at the Loomis Union School District Office located at 3290 Humphrey Road, .

Parents, teachers, staff, community members, and bargaining units are encouraged to participate in this public hearing. Individuals who wish to provide public comment should complete a “Public Comment Card” (available at the meeting). The Board will allow each speaker 3 minutes.
