Loomis Union School District

The District English Learner Advisory Committee (DELAC) purpose is to provide feedback on programs and services for English learners on the following tasks:

• Establishment of district programs, goals, and objectives for programs and services for English learners.
• Review and comment on the district's reclassification procedures.
• Review and comment on the district's LCAP with a focus on items pertaining to English learners
• Review and comment on the written notifications required to be sent to parents and guardians.

Franklin Elementary Library is located at 7050 Franklin School Rd, Loomis, CA
